You need someone who
reminds you who you are.

There is nothing wrong with you.
Joy is holy.
Everyone can sing.
Your voice matters.
Love is stronger than shame.
Healing doesn't always look serious. Sometimes it looks like laughter.
I was fourteen when my mom died.

But grief wasn't the only thing that shaped me.
I grew up too fast. I learned to hide parts of myself to feel safe. At school, I was bullied relentlessly and told I was ugly so many times that eventually, part of me believed it.
There were other experiences I didn't yet have the words for. Things that taught me to question myself, my body, my worth, and whether it was safe to fully be me.
So I became very good at surviving.
But there was one place where I could still feel free.
I had been singing since I was a little girl. Singing gave me somewhere to put what I couldn't say. It gave emotion a way to move through me. It gave me moments where I could simply exist without needing to explain myself.
Years later, through deep inner work and plant medicine, something extraordinary happened.
I remembered the little girl underneath all those stories.
I remembered that I was beautiful.
I remembered that I was worthy of love.
I remembered that my voice was beautiful because it was mine.
I remembered that I was never meant to fit in.
I remembered that I was allowed to take up space.
And eventually, I fell deeply in love with myself.
That recognition changed everything.
I believe we create our lives through the stories we choose to believe.
I believe peace begins within.
I believe freedom is a choice we practice every day.
I believe we are here to remember who we are.

Not everything they told you
about yourself was true.
Some things were never yours
to carry in the first place.
You get to choose what you believe now.
Keep this one. You never know when you'll need to remember. ♡
